Commissioned Illustrations and Unique Artworks
I have worked as an illustrator off and on since leaving university of Westminster with a first class honours. Clients have included:
The Guardian, The Observer on Sunday, Time Out, HSBC, The Economist, Dazed & Confused. I was honoured to illustrate a book called 'Liam' by the poet, author and actor Benjamin Zephaniah.
This collection features a blend of commissioned illustrations and spontaneous, original artworks. I have a deep passion for working on paper, often using watercolour pencil crayons to create intricate, detailed pieces alongside my canvas works. Drawing with precision and working closely to the page allows me to fully immerse myself in the creative process.
Influenced by a mix of everyday elements—such as magazines, newspapers, TV shows, and the music I listen to—these paper-based artworks are a window into my mind, capturing a specific moment in time, reflecting my personal headspace. Whether it's a commissioned illustration or a random sketch, each piece tells a unique story.
ALL WORKS ON PAPER ARE FOR SALE. PLEASE CONTACT DAN IF INTERESTED.
